The location of Kicheche camp outside the Masai Mara was great as the conservancy was not busy (with people) but still had lots to see nearby and we were able to get to the Wildebeest crossing in the main reserve.
I would advise anyone to stay in a conservancy rather than in the main reserve if possible.
Kicheche camp was excellent; great food, excellent service and friendly.
The Lewa camp was also extremely good and I liked our hosts a lot, they were very warm and friendly.
Lewa in particular is well set up for kids. The guides were both outstanding and the organization was first rate.
All in all a great trip and would highly recommend to anyone.
