What a stonking trip! Nine weeks, seven countries, 15 flights, 27 hotels, 44,000km and 75 degrees of latitude from the northern coast of South America to the cusp of the Antarctic circle. We were royally looked after from start to finish, with tailor-made activities, excursions and restaurant recommendations. Laterallife did a remarkable job of anticipating every detail of our complex itinerary, which ran like clockwork. That meant we could fully enjoy each moment of the spectacular journey as the adventure unfolded around us, rather than just jumping from one destination to the next. It is impossible to choose a highlight, but we were totally captivated by the untamed romance of Patagonia, and blown away by Antarctica’s wildlife and pristine beauty. It was so much more than a holiday – we felt like true explorers. Our only difficulty now is the desperate urge to go back as soon as we can!
