Not only did you pull out all the stops (we imagine) possible to curate us a wonderful 12 day itinerary on impossibly tight timing and with very short notice but you did so with great attention to detail and considerable understanding of our preferences and innate requirements. We gave Steve and the team an impossible task: arrange a month’s trip through Chile with three weeks’ notice in high season. We also wanted to mix the unusual and adventurous with a dose of pampering along the way.
